January 31, 2012 - PacifiCorp has made modifications to its approved vendor list that was previously included in the RFP (Exhibit A, Appendix B, Approved Vendors List). PacifiCorp has added a vendor for the air-cooled condenser and clarified PacifiCorp standards regarding excitation control systems. This document is attached under the Addendum Page to the website.

 

 

 

PacifiCorp will be conducting a site visit for prospective bidders at the existing Currant Creek plant site on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.

 

Please respond via email to RFPALLSource@PacifiCorp.com by Friday, March 23, 2012 of your planned attendance, including your contact name and company.

If desired, bidders can perform their own site surveys of the Currant Creek 2 area. Arrangements for bidders to perform these site surveys must be made 24 hours in advance and can be made by emailing the request to Wayne Oliver (waynejoliver@aol.com) and to the PacifiCorp RFP website at RFPAllSource@PacifiCorp.com. PacifiCorp will make arrangements with plant staff to coordinate the date and time for the site survey and to all access to the Currant Creek 2 area.

 

At the request of bidders, Attachment 4 EPC Contract, is now provided in Word version on both PacifiCorp's and Merrimack Energy's websites. Please note that due to the size of the document, the Exhibits to the Agreement have not been provided in Word but are available in Pdf for review by the Bidders.

 

 

Modifications to Attachment 17 (Exhibit A)

 

Attachment 17, Exhibit A is hereby modified as follows:

 

Delete:

 

         Section 1.2.12 Production Inputs, Section 2

         Section 1.2.11.7 Dust Control

 

Add: 

 

          Exhibit A, Section 1.2.11.16 Dust Control

                    "Contractor shall be responsible for dust control at the Site. Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment and raw water necessary for dust control including tank trucks and hoses to apply Contractor furnished water. Contractor shall conform to all requirements of the Applicable Permits."

 

          Replace Section 1.2.12 Production Inputs, Section 2 as follows:

                     "Water required for commissioning of the plant with quality as indicated in Appendix I up to rate of 125 gallons per minute."

Attachment 20 - Transmission
