• Served as independent evaluator for several large competitive power supply bidding projects. Responsibilities included review of bidding documents and evaluation criteria, evaluation of bids from a price and non-price perspective, and assistance with contract negotiations.
• Prepared supply and transportation strategy development, expert testimony and related activities for several power generation facilities in the Northeast US and Canada
• Assisted a large electric distribution utility with the development and evaluation of a Request for Proposals for power supplies
• Represented a large merchant generator in prospective asset divestitures, tolling and joint venture activities
• Developed a market strategy associated with the acquisition of electric transmission assets and development of merchant transmission facilities for a major energy marketing firm
• Prepared Request for Proposals and subsequent economic evaluations for utility generation and fuel supply initiatives for several companies
• Assisted an electric utility in the development of a business strategy for distributed generation
