In addition to providing services as Independent Evaluator for utility power procurement solicitation processes, Merrimack Energy has assisted utilities and others with the entire design and implementation of a competitive bidding or solicitation process or provided specific services related to the implementation of a competitive procurement process.  For the latter, we have assisted clients with the development of quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria and analysis, economic modeling of bids, financial analysis and evaluation of competitive projects, contract review and contract negotiations associated with commercial issues, imputed debt evaluation, fuel supply assessment, and development of bidder information requirements.
